I really like the NHS Healthy Eating meal planner. It has loads of food recipes that help you fit in your five a day. Last night we had something from the ‘value’ food range.

Hearty Sausage Hotpot

It was really easy to do. Cook chopped onions while your veggie sausages are cooking. Add half a tin of beans & half a tin of chopped tomatoes. When sausages are cooked, chop & add. Cook some peas & you’re done. Serve with some lush bread. Three portions of veg in one meal. Cheap & tasty. Worth a go!
