During the summer I spent a bit of money at Cookson Gold by buying myself a soldering kit. This was so I could make some silver jewellery at home, sell it and get rich quick…well, help to earn a little bit more. It’s only taken me a few months, but I’ve finally made some jewellery at home. And I have to say I loved every minute of it, even filling my blowtorch with gas without making the house explode. (Well, I am a bit clumsy!)

Today I’ve listed them in my Folksy shop and I’m pretty pleased with them. I’ve added a set of six stacking rings, a pair of hammered earrings and my first ever attempt at making a star from wire. I’ve sold another knitted earwarmer today but have yet to sell any silver jewellery. I can’t wait until I do! There’ll be a proper full on scream when I do so you’ve been warned! x
