Last night’s dinner is one of our regulars. It is one of the lowest calorie dinners I think I could make. It’s from the Quorn Cookbook, although we don’t always use Quorn sausages. I prefer the Linda McCartney ones. They’ve got more flavour.
This dish is really easy to do though it takes a bit of time to simmer. It’s worth the wait though! It’s very tasty & quite filling. A portion equals about 250 calories so its a good one to have if you’re watching your calorie intake. The recipe for this is on the Quorn website, although it has one or two minor differences with the one in the book. This could definitely be made with different types of sausages, including meat ones. Enjoy! x
