This was delicious. No doubt about it. I’ve had some lovely veggie tagines recently. One at Cwtch in St. Davids and one at The Flowing Well. Both amazing dishes. I really wanted to be able to recreate these dishes at home. This isn’t quite as good as theirs but it’s not too bad!

I got the recipe from the BBC Good Food website. While there’s loads of ingredients & it takes quite a while from start to finish, it’s worth it. It’s really healthy, low-fat, low calorie and two of your five a day. What more could you want?! The only change I’d make would be to reduce the amount of orange. It overwhelms the other flavours plus my house now smells of orange! The recipe says that it serves six. I’m not sure about that. We had enough for four portions, one of which I’ll be having tomorrow for lunch! Love leftovers! x
